MARC LAPADULA
teaches screenwriting at Yale University’s Film Studies Program. He has taught at Columbia University’s Graduate Film School, Johns Hopkins and the University of Pennsylvania. He has lectured at The Smithsonian Institution and many other venues. Former students have written: (500) DAYS OF SUMMER, THE HANGOVER, THE BREAK UP, BRIDE WARS as well as several other highly successful and critically-acclaimed films. They have also scripted award-winning teleplays for TV: FAMILY GUY, LAW AND ORDER, SVU, SCRUBS, THE AGENCY and other shows. Marc produced the short film, ANGEL PASSING, starring Hume Cronyn, which was screened at the 1998 Sundance Film Festival and won the Grand Jury Award at WORLDFEST, the Houston International Film Festival. Most recently Marc co-produced the film, MENTOR, starring Rutger Hauer (Actor from the movie BLADE RUNNER). Marc has been an expert analyst in major lawsuits and has been a screenplay analyst to several studios and film production companies.
